| The economical solution for industrial floors
With the KIESERLING® TECHNOPLAN system, highly durable and wear-resistant concrete bases and industrial floors are manufactured incorporating a hard aggregate component, "fresh-in-fresh" - with steel mat and rod reinforcement as well as in unreinforced concrete.
"Fresh-in-fresh" means the wear layer is laid immediately on top of the concrete base, creating a monolithic floor.
The use of concrete liquefiers and flow agents keeps the concrete workable without impairing the water/cement ratio.
The KIESERLING® TECHNOPLAN system offers unbeatable advantages: Cost-effective manufacturing and shorter construction time than usual. But above all: Anyone who builds with KIESERLING® TECHNOPLAN can easily do without conventional screed floors.
We recommend the BEB [Federal Flooring Association] information sheets for the design and planning of your industrial floor.
